accidents are what we know

The fortunes taste bland and I find they are not worth reading out loud. Still, I toss and turn over what use I can from them.
I'm trying to apply them to our horoscopes, among other things. Because something has to fall into place. If not today than maybe tomorrow.
I keep precise records each day of what I eat, how many times I crack my jaw, and the lies that I tell. I am ticking off the missed opportunities, but making up for them in self awareness.

  1. self-awareness is key. it will make you a better person, and ultimately depressed at the same time.

there is nothing more effective and life-affirming than a detailed journal of every intake.

  2. I like to stay unaware of myself, ignorance is bliss.
